In the spa district of Bad Reichenhall, in a well-connected second-row location, lies a magnificent property with an impressive stand of old trees. Above a polygonal, two-story base with commercial spaces adjacent to the bank in the west, four windmill-shaped residential units rise in contrast to the massive volume of the clinic expansion to the north.
The developers are building rental apartments here as long-term investments—larger, family-friendly units with garden areas and smaller ones featuring the region’s characteristic spacious balconies and loggias
The project is currently in the execution planning phase and has developed its expression in a friendly dialogue with the city planning office and the client: clear, cubic volumes that dynamically vary the orderly structure of the existing surroundings. The project-specific development plan was formally adopted in March 2023 after a lengthy and arduous process. Construction is now scheduled to begin in fall 2023.
