We are now 5 partners and shareholders:
Peter Bohn, Lovro Prpić, Paula Prkačin, Jian Meng and Fan Xue.
Mr. Lovro Prpić becomes the managing director.
Our joint office is now called Peter Bohn Architekten.

The ICG has presented the second Real Estate Social Impact Investing Award in cooperation with “Immobilienmanager”. On the one hand, the award is intended to draw the attention of the real estate industry to social impact investing and promote projects with an additive social impact.
On the other hand, it is intended to reach relevant stakeholders in order to facilitate alliances for projects and at the same time improve the perception of the sector by the general public.
Office excursion 2023 – Copenhagen
We worked for months on the program for our 5 days in Copenhagen…
Flights, bicycles and a hotel in the middle of it all were booked, Wanderlog as always our trusted cicerone for the intensive sightseeing days.

BIM-Allianz
Since March 2022, we have been members of BIM Allianz e.V. Within the broader context of Industry 4.0, digitization in the construction sector is currently advancing at tremendous speed, already causing lasting changes to the way architects and engineers work. This innovation process is important and certainly irreversible. It is therefore crucial to guide these emerging changes and shape them successfully.
BIM Allianz e.V. is an association of nationally and internationally operating architecture firms, formed with the goal of collaboratively addressing the tasks arising from new planning methods.
The combined potential and expertise of the member firms makes it possible to respond swiftly and in a needs-based manner to a wide range of challenges, independently of software providers and service companies.

our garden courtyard is finally finished
Since spring, we have also completely redesigned our garden courtyard:
our friends, the landscape architects Theresia and Martin, IrlRebmann Landschaftsarchitekten, have worked with us to create a place that is an incredibly sensual addition to our office, an oasis in the middle of the city; you enter the courtyard directly from our tea kitchen with its lush divans via a ramp.

On December 2, 2022, the opening of our newest parking garage took place.
New AmperOase _ Fürstenfeldbruck
We are delighted to have been commissioned by the Fürstenfeldbruck public utility company, in collaboration with Seifert Hugues Architekten BDA and HinnenthalSchaar Landschaftsarchitekten for the planning of the new AmperOase, an indoor swimming pool with sports pool, school pool, children’s area, adventure slide and spacious sauna area, in a wonderful location directly in the Amper floodplains.
Wood plays a major role in the building shell, the façade and the extension….
