The parking garage consists of two elongated structures (16.5 m × 210 m and 16.5 m × 186 m), which are offset from each other and separated by an 8.5-meter-wide central space that houses ramps and stairwells. This intermediate area allows for natural lighting and ventilation.
The nine parking levels, which are staggered half a story apart, provide space for 1,300 parking spots. The first parking level is located on the upper floor and is accessed via two double-helix ramps.
The area beneath the parking garage accommodates the bus station and 80 bus bays. A 120-meter-long glass suspension bridge connects the parking structure to the former train station, which was demolished and replaced by the Stadium Station in 2005.
