District Parking Garage TechCampus

At the TechCampus, directly opposite the university, approximately 3 km outside Regensburg’s city center, we designed a new parking garage with around 400 spaces as a five-story system parking structure, using the d’Humy system with half-level staggered floors.

The custom façade we developed consists of hot-dip galvanized elements with an edge length of 1.05 meters. These not only create a distinctive visual identity but also incorporate various functional benefits, such as sound and glare protection, through subtle variations in their orientation.
