In the high-density, high-rise-dominated environment of Times Square, a low-rise building asserts its presence through transparency, visible layering, and, not least, a proportion-defining advertising crown.

Within the three-story retail area (basement, ground floor, first floor) and the two-story gastronomy section above it, double-height spaces along the façades visually connect the different functional levels.

A two-story climbing greenery, set behind a highly transparent glass façade, transforms the dining levels into an inviting, lush garden in the midst of a cityscape of stone and asphalt.
