The U5 is setting new benchmarks in urban transit for Hamburg. Upon completion, the fully automated operation of the new metro line is expected to serve approximately 270,000 passengers daily. Peter Bohn Architects have joined the planning consortium and are currently commissioned with the spatial development of the operational facilities. Design and interdisciplinary coordination are being executed using a BIM-based workflow.
