Construction began in early June 2020.
Four houses designed as duplexes with a penthouse on the terrace level, comprising a total of 20 apartments with an underground parking garage.

The project is currently in the execution planning phase and has developed its expression through a constructive dialogue with the urban planning department and the client: clear, cubic volumes that nevertheless dynamically vary the proper order of the existing structures. The site-specific development plan was established in March 2023 after a laborious process. Construction is now planned to begin in autumn 2023.
